To Potential Co-signers:

Here is the Personal Guarantee of Rent/Co-signer form that our offices requires any co-signers to fill out. Our requirement is that any co-signer(s) are asked to provide us with a copy of your current credit report along with your credit score.

However, if you do not have a current copy of your credit report with your current credit score that is within a year, then we can run your credit report here in our office for a $25 non-refundable fee. You are more than welcome to request a copy of the credit report for your own records, since you are paying for this service. But if you would like us to release a copy of your credit report to anyone we require a written notification from you to authorize us to do so. Once we have received the written notice we will call you to confirm that we have your authorization to release your credit report. Our office is into protecting your identify that is why we have steps to assure that.

Also, I would like to take the time to inform you that being a co-signer means you agree to co-sign for the entire unit because we do not rent the rooms we rent the entire unit. All co-signers are informed of this information regarding the rental so we are all on the same page during the time you are considering being a co-signer through Pacific Coast Rentals.
